Recently more and more enterprises see the potentiality of the apparel market in South America and Argentina is one of the highlighed country. In the past decade, Argentina's textile and clothing industry has grown by 71 percent, with an average annual increase of 5.5 percent. Emitex, offering from yarn to fibre, trim and accessories to textile machinary, hit the right nerve of the Argentina textile market. Argentine exports are mainly towards Brazil and Uruguay, with fibre and yarn accounting for 57 percent, fabrics 22 percent and clothing 16 percent of all textile and garment exports which reflect Argentina is the textile manufacturing hub for South America countries.
